Sale at Office Max
We wanted to let any parents know about this sale. If you are interested in picking up some paper and donating it to the school or if you just need paper for your own homes this is a really good deal. You may bring it into your child's class or to the principal's office.
Office Max has a couple of really good deals in their back-to-school sales. They are selling 100-sheet packs of college and wide ruled paper for a penny. Spiral notebooks (college or wide ruled) are five cents each, and composition books are fifty cents each. There are limits on how many you can purchase at a time. I believe the sale is only this week.

Supplies for the First Day of School
If you have an elementary student in grades K-5, they will need the common supplies for the first day of school.
Grades K-1
Crayons
pencils
colored pencils
glue sticks
Grades 2-5
crayons
pencils
colored pencils
Elmer’s glue
folders
one subject
Grade 1-3
water-based colored markers
The school will be able to help with supplies for students who are unable to bring them from home.
Please also consider donating a box of tissue to your child’s classroom. If each student brought in one box of tissue, we could have enough for the school year.

School Board Vacancy
The Chassell Township School Board has a vacancy. Anyone interested in the position must send a letter of intent to the superintendent by September 7, 2010. The person selected by the board, will serve until the June 30, 2011. The person would also be eligible for election during the spring elections.
